THE KRYPTEK GUARANTEE
KRYPTEK is a veteran owned company. We have spent over fifteen years in the most austere environments and conditions on Terra Firma, allowing us to design the most functional, technical and durable apparel to ever hit the outdoor industry. Kryptek apparel proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. We are committed to offering the finest customer service available. We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of all our products. Kryptek products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to 1 year from the date of original purchase excluding normal wear and tear. If a product fails as a result of manufacturing defect within this one (1) year period, Kryptek will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. A number of things can happen when you are in the elements that may result in you needing a repair to your garment, but not covered by warranty. Examples include a hot ember from a camp fire, crossing barbed wire fence or even an unplanned encounter with a bear (best story we have to date). We are happy to help put you in touch with our repair center and you can seek a repair at your own expense. In order to comply with health and safety regulations, as well as for the protection of our staff, we kindly request all products be cleaned prior to being sent to us. Products arriving unwashed may be subject to a cleaning fee before assessments can be made.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS / CLEARANCE CAVE ITEMS
This warranty DOES NOT cover samples or products purchased from discount stores/clearance sales/Kryptek discount cave, etc. All clearance sales offered in any way are sold as is and all sales are final.
All shipping to our Warranty Department must be pre-paid and insured. Kryptek cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. All warranty claims must be authorized prior to returning. Kryptek will not have any responsibility for unauthorized returns. Packages without RA#’s or call tags are rejected at the dock door. You must obtain a call tag or return authorization from the customer service team at.
Typical turn-around time for REPAIRS at our authorized repair center with shipping is about four (4) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume at the repair center. For faster turn-around, please use an expedited shipping service such as overnight or 2nd day. Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible. If a priority processing is required for return shipment, cost will be incurred by party submitting the warranty. Only items that have a specific call tag or authorization will go to our authorized service center. We are not responsible for repairs done at any center other than the one Kryptek authorizes and gives approval to repair.
